GB/T 20409 20G seamless multi-rifled steel tubes are internally ribbed boiler tubes designed for high-pressure boiler water-wall service. Compared with plain bore boiler tubes, the internal rifling promotes spiral flow of the steam-water mixture, helping maintain a water film on the inner wall under high heat flux conditions. 20G is a carbon boiler steel grade commonly used under GB/T 5310 material requirements, offering a tensile strength range of 410–550 MPa, minimum yield strength of 245 MPa, and minimum elongation of 24%.
