Material and Specifications
The base material of this product is low-carbon structural steel, which is manufactured into seamless tubes through the Cold-Drawn Seamless (CDS) process. The cold-drawing process ensures the tubes have high dimensional accuracy and a smooth surface finish. In terms of specifications, the outer diameter typically ranges from 1/2 inch to 6 inches (approximately 12.7 mm to 152.4 mm), and the wall thickness is selected within the range of 0.083 inch to 0.5 inch (approximately 2.1 mm to 12.7 mm) according to design requirements, making it adaptable to equipment with different pressure and temperature grades.
